ChinaBajar provides a Facebook Page Management Tool that allows you to:

• Connect your Facebook account via Facebook Login (OAuth).
• Publish posts and content to your Facebook Pages.
• View and analyze engagement data (likes, comments, shares, reach).
• Read and manage messages on your Facebook Pages.
• Manage multiple Facebook Pages from a single interface.

3. Account and Authentication

To use the Service, you must authenticate through Facebook Login. By doing so, you:

• Confirm that you are the authorized owner or administrator of the Facebook Pages you connect.
• Grant us the necessary permissions to perform actions on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Agree to maintain the security of your account and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Comply with Facebook's (Meta's) Terms of Service and Platform Policies.
• Not use the Service to post spam, misleading content, hate speech, or any content that violates Facebook's Community Standards.
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Service.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described therein.

You retain full ownership of any content you publish through our Service to your Facebook Pages.

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• ChinaBajar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by Facebook (Meta) regarding your account, pages, or content, including but not limited to suspension, restriction, or removal.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with Facebook (Meta) and relies on the Facebook Graph API. We are not responsible for any changes, limitations, or disruptions to Facebook's API or platform that may affect the functionality of our Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your Facebook account. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
